We offer a practice complaints procedure to deal with comments, suggestions and complaints about the services we provide.
If you have a complaint about the service you have received from any member of staff working in this practice, please let us know. The practice operates a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.
We hope that most problems that arise can be sorted out easily and quickly often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If you do not wish to put your complaint in writing but just wish to chat it through by telephone or face to face please ring the surgery on 01603 782 155 and ask to speak to the practice manager.
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please do so as soon as possible, ideally within a couple of days as this will enable us to establish what happened more easily. We hope that if you have a problem you will use this complaints procedure. We believe this will give us the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong and an opportunity to improve our practice.
